Your: Second person possessive.

Their: Third person plural possessive.
They're: They are.
Its: Third person neuter possessive.
It's: It is.
's: IN EVERY CASE BUT THE ABOVE: Possessive. That means NEVER PLURAL. EVER. Except in increasingly archaic use with acronyms.
You: Shouldn't have made these mistakes since third grade.
